    Step 1

    把鸡翅膀一开二,然后用叉插孔。把腌料混合,用以腌鸡翅膀,收在冰箱1小时。 Cut the wings into 2 & using a fork; prick wings all over. Combine marinade ingredients and marinate wings for 1 hour in the refrigerator. (pic 1-2)

    Step 2

    起锅热油,放入鸡翅膀和一半的腌汁,煮约七分钟至肉熟汁 稠,熄火。 Heat pan over medium heat. Add chicken and half of its marinade. Cook, turning occasionally, for 7 minutes or until chicken is tender and sticky. Remove from heat.

    Step 3

    另外把剩余的腌汁加水煮滚,调味。 Add the balance marinade into the pan with the water / stock, adjusting salt & sugar to taste.

    Step 4

    继续把腌汁煮3分钟至汁稠后熄火。 Boil for 3 minutes or until the sauce reduces. Remove from heat.

    Step 5

    根据包装指示把面煮熟,然后冲冷水。把烧汁淋在意大利面上,拌均即可。 将面条分别盛入碟子,铺上红萝卜,青瓜条及鸡翅膀,即可 享用。 Cook the noodles following packet directions. Drain and refresh under cold water. Drizzle sauce over the noodle mixture and toss to combine. Place noodles in a serving plate, top with carrot, cucumber strips & sesame chicken. Serve immediately.
